Behind Tyra's tendrils of pauses, silent ellipses.- Drenched Co.

Comment: "I first came across Tyra's paintings at the 2013 RCA graduation show and now as before, Tyra paints rare, truly abstract paintings that surprise you with her grounding and dissolving play with paint. She pushes her language beyond itself, constantly giving out possibilities into a void and stroke over stroke, layer over layer a world is disclosed to our consciousness... such is her play with language...and to our amazement, she keeps doing it, again and again. I love all of Tyra's paintings but I am especially fond of 'When I wear a swimsuit I just don’t swim'" - Raj
